Care at Orsa is intentionally in-person in Kingston, NY. This work is best done face to face, where nuance, physical exam, and conversation all matter.
Every comprehensive initial evaluation includes a detailed history, focused examination, advanced testing, body composition analysis using the InBody 970 and an integrated nutrition evaluation with our functional nutritionist.
Our physician and nutritionist work together to develop a coordinated care plan, combining medical expertise with personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
This practice is built on both clinical rigor and thoughtful attention.
Time is part of the treatment. Listening is part of the assessment. Context matters. Physiology does not exist in isolation from stress, relationships, sleep, work, or loss.
The goal is not only to adjust biomarkers, but to support strength, clarity, and resilience over time.

Care at Orsa moves beyond symptom management toward a deeper understanding of your physiology.
Discovery call — A brief, complimentary conversation to determine whether Orsa is the right fit for you.
Comprehensive intake — A detailed health questionnaire completed before your visit so we can review your history, symptoms, and goals—and make the most of our time together.
Comprehensive Initial Evaluation (approximately 2hours) — A physician-led evaluation including an in-depth medical consultation, focused physical examination, body composition analysis, personalized testing strategy, and an integrated nutrition evaluation with our functional nutritionist. Together, we develop a coordinated care plan tailored to your health and goals.
Follow-Up Consultation— Review your laboratory and diagnostic findings, refine your treatment plan, and prioritize next steps. Follow-up visits are individualized based on your needs.
Ongoing care — Your care evolves with you, integrating nutrition, lifestyle, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity strategies as appropriate.
When clinically appropriate, follow-up visits may be conducted via secure telemedicine.

Comprehensive Initial Evaluation
$1,400 $995 early access
Our comprehensive initial evaluation is an approximately two-hour physician-led assessment designed to understand the full picture of your health. It includes an in-depth medical consultation, focused physical examination, advanced body composition analysis, physiologic assessment, personalized testing strategy, and a nutrition and lifestyle evaluationt by a certified functional nutritionist.
Ongoing Care
After your initial consultation, care is tailored to your needs through follow-up visits, advanced testing when appropriate, and targeted therapies. The frequency and structure of care evolve over time based on your goals and progress.
Most patients can expect to invest in the range of $650–$3000 over the first 3–6 months, depending on complexity and the level of support required.
Labs and medications are billed separately. Many standard labs are insurance-covered; specialized testing may not be.
Why We Don’t Work With Insurance
Orsa operates outside of insurance networks. This allows for more personalized and longer visits, comprehensive evaluation, and more discretion in how care is delivered.
Insurance reimbursement models are built around defined visit types and covered services. Many aspects of preventive, metabolic, and hormone-focused care fall outside of those parameters.
We provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many standard labs are often insurance-covered; specialized panels may not be.
