How Care Is Delivered
Care at Orsa is intentionally in-person in Kingston, NY. This work is best done face to face, where nuance, physical exam, and conversation all matter.
Every comprehensive consultation includes a detailed history, focused examination, advanced lab evaluation, and body composition analysis using the InBody 970.
This practice is built on both clinical rigor and thoughtful attention.
Time is part of the treatment. Listening is part of the assessment. Context matters. Midlife physiology does not exist in isolation from stress, relationships, sleep, work, or loss.
The goal is not only to adjust biomarkers, but to support strength, clarity, and resilience over time.
The Process
Discovery call — Determine fit and answer questions
Comprehensive intake forms — Reviewed prior to your first visit
Initial visit (75 minutes) — In-depth evaluation and lab strategy
Follow-up visit (60 minutes) — Lab results review and personalized plan
Ongoing follow-up — intervals determined by clinical needs and goals
When clinically appropriate, follow-up visits may be conducted via secure telemedicine.
Why We Don’t Work With Insurance
Orsa operates outside of insurance networks. This allows for more personalized and longer visits, comprehensive evaluation, and more discretion in how care is delivered.
Insurance reimbursement models are built around defined visit types and covered services. Many aspects of preventive, metabolic, and hormone-focused care fall outside of those parameters.
We provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many standard labs are often insurance-covered; specialized panels may not be.

Series of six sessions — $1800
EMSELLA treatments are available to non-patients after screening call.
Labs and medications are billed separately. Many standard labs are insurance-covered; specialized testing may not be.
